Store Policies and Special Offers

This page covers all of my Store polices such as Special Orders, Refunds, Exchanges, and Shipping Info. This is also where I will list any Special Offers available through my site. Thanks for reading the info.

Special Orders

All Special Orders need to be emailed to me so that I can send you a price quote. A Price Quote is just that, a quote for the approx. total for supplies and time. Final Price may vary depending on current market rates and time invested.

All Special Orders are subject to a NON-Refundable Deposit. This deposit will cover the cost of supplies needed to create the order and well vary per piece ordered. You will be invoiced via Pay Pal for the required Deposit amount. Invoice must be paid before supplies are purchased and I start the piece.

Remaining Balances and Shipping Costs must be Paid IN FULL before any Special Order is mailed out. I will notify you via email when I have completed the piece and send you an invoice via Pay Pal for any remaining Balance and Shipping Costs.

 

All Shipping is done via USPS using Priority Mail, Insured and Signature Conformation. This is for your protection.

Refunds - Exchanges - Losses

Refunds
At this time, I DO NOT offer a refund policy 
unless there are extreme circumstances. 
This would be dealt with on a per request basis, 
subject to my approval. 
All refunds are subject to a Restocking fee of 15%, 
Exchanges
Exchanges will be dealt with on a per request basis as well.
I will replace or exchange items that were 
received broken or unusable 
if they left my hands in perfect shape.
If you find that you receive a order and are unhappy with it, 
an exchange will only be made if I approve it
and you follow these guidelines:
1) All Exchanges are subject to a Restocking fee of 15%. 
If your exchange is approved,
 I will invoice you for the Restocking Fee.
Your exchange will not be mailed until this invoice has been paid.
2) The Customer needs to Email me ASAP 
about wanting an exchange 
and describe in detail what the problem is.
3) The Customer needs to mail back any unusable pieces 
or the whole order, if that is the exchange.
The Customer will pay any shipping fees incurred 
in returning items for an exchange.
Once the items are received and assigned a cash value,
I will mail out the replacement at my own expense. 
All exchanges will be mailed Regular Mail, Not Priority mail.
4) The Customer will notify me 
as soon as they receive their exchanges.
Losses
If an order becomes lost, I will file with the post office and 
refund moneys or replace the item(s) as soon as possible. 
Buyer needs to contact me ASAP if an order becomes lost so that I may start researching it ASAP.
 

Shipping Charges

Now all orders $100.00 or more recieve FREE shipping. (excludes International Orders)

This means your order will ship USPS Priority Mail, Insured with Signature Conformation at NO addtional charge to you.
